We are a Relaxation and Meditation Group hoping to encourage tranquillity in this urban chaos.

Learn how mindfulness can help with stress, anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, over eating by gaining perspective and insight.

Learn how mindfulness can bring clarity and freedom to the mind.

Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. To be mindful is to be truly alive and present with those around you and with what you are doing. Mindfulness can help bring our body and mind into harmony.

Mindfulness encourages being in the present moment, completely and non-judgmentally.  It generally involves being "in the now" and focusing on sensory stimuli i.e. really noticing your breath and feeling the sensations of your body.  While mindfulness has origins in Eastern philosophy and Buddhism, there is no necessary religious component to mindfulness -- anyone, with any belief system, can enjoy the benefits.

We'd like to gather a group of truth seekers who'd wish to practice focusing the mind to manage the stresses of daily life.  We could possibly add something creative and fun into the mix.   This group will be run cooperatively with us each taking turns to lead activities so we all have the opportunity of experiencing and sharing.  Please get in touch if you’d like to explore mindfulness, personal transformation, emotional freedom and the power of the mind.

We hope you enjoy our website, and look forward to welcoming you in Liverpool soon.
